About Founder

Sandeep has over 12 years of diverse experience in

Operations, HR, Administration, marketing, Payrolling, Business Development, Procurement Audit, Client Relationship Management departments of Facility Management and Security Services as well as Pest Control Services. His experience includes Business Planning, Operations Management and Project management, and Vendor management at various levels and worked with market leader organizations SIS India Ltd., Fireball Securitas & Consultants Pvt Ltd, CIS Bureau Facility Services Pvt Ltd, and Amway India.

His competencies range from managing start-to-end projects in the Government sector and the private sector in Operations and Statutory compliance to having an excellent client relationship management technique. Sandeep Kumar thinks to create a powerful force in the workplace and uses a positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He completed his graduation from the University of Allahabad in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry And also done MBA in HR.

He has a certification in “Storage Pest Management & Fumigation” from Indian Grain Storage Management & Research Institute (IGMRI) Hapur (UP). Currently, he is a Co-founder of a start-up India organization “BR Cleaning Solutions” and the Founder of “Byebugs” a pest management division of BR Cleaning Solutions, he is liable to grow it in all aspects. We will see him as a market leader in the pest control industry by end of 2025.
